FAQs

When will my order ship?  

We are working on keeping a full inventory of our designs and will make every effort to ship in stock items within 48 hours of ordering.  Some exceptions may apply.

How does Andover Trask ship orders?

We offer 2 shipping speeds: Standard and Expedited. Regardless of your shipping method, please allow 7-10 days to receive your order.

For Standard U.S. shipping, we ship via USPS Priority Mail. This method generally delivers within 3 days. 

Expedited orders are shipped via USPS Priority Express, and a signature is required at delivery.  

Can I clean my bag or apron?

Canvas
We recommend spot cleaning canvas with cool water and a small amount of mild soap on a clean cloth. You can use a soft brush, like a toothbrush to gently 'scrub' stain/dirt.  Test an inconspicuous area prior to actual stain removal to avoid uncontrollable variations in material reaction. Professional clean when needed.

Waxed Canvas
Waxed canvas is meant to show mild abrasions and creases. For unwanted scratches, use a blow dryer on low heat and slowly move it across the surface of the product. Be sure to keep the heat source at least 6 inches away from the surface. This will help eliminate signs of wear. Professional clean when needed. Waxed canvas should be treated with a waxed canvas refinishing compound once a year to retain its original treatment.

Leather
Should your leather item become wet, gently wipe it dry with a soft cloth. For spot cleaning, use a damp cloth to apply a mild leather cream. For regular cleaning, we recommend going to a professional leather cleaner

Can I find Andover Trask in stores?

Where are Andover Trask products produced?
Andover Trask bags are made right here in the US!  We take pride in the details of our bags - in the fabric, leather, hardware and labor.  Every bag has a personal touch that will be reflected in the final product. 

What if my order is lost during shipping?
We will make every attempt to fix it.  Once an order has been delivered, we are no longer responsible. Only ship to secure locations, and avoid situations where your order would be left sitting outside or in a public place.
