- Returns for customers in the United States are free within 15 days of purchase. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for your return, if you would like to exchange or a refund.
- Returns on International orders are at customer's expense.
- Return or exchange of full-price merchandise must be made within 15 days of purchase.
- Sale merchandise and promotions may be exchanged only.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with original hangtags and packaging attached.
- Only items purchased through andovertrask.com may be returned to our online store. Items purchased through any of our wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase.
- In the case of items damaged during shipment, please contact us at email@example.com.
- Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as purchase.
- Price adjustments will be honored within 2 days of the original purchase date and will be refunded in the original form of payment.

If you are making a return, please follow these simple instructions:
- Email hello@andovertrask within 15 days of purchase.
- Prepaid mailing label will be emailed to you within 24 hours of request.
- Complete our Returns Form and enclose it with the item.
- Pack the item securely in the original package (when possible) and tape label to top of the box - covering previous label.
- Seal the box and drop off at your local Post Office or give to a USPS carrier.
